I have been working on this exactly 2 weeks. I think I am starting to find my groove. I go to water aerobics Mon / Wed / Fri. It is an hour long class with all levels of intensity. I am also doing weight watchers. I was sick last week and didn't make the gym or really follow the diet. This week I am definitely back to the gym. Monday's class was very difficult, and I have been sore ever since. Today's class was much better, and I was able to work out some of the soreness in the pool this morning. I feel great! I have been struggling with my eating. I did great the first few day, then I fell off the wagon. Roger was home, We have been on the run a lot. Yesterday I did better until late in the afternoon. Today so far so good. I am going to have lunch with a friend that I haven't seen in a really long time. I am also working on drinking less diet pepsi and more water. Diet Pepsi is a major down fall for me. I drink about 2 - 12 packs a week. I am trying to cut back and replace the soda with water. Some days I do great and others not so much.
My goals are to regain my mobility and loose weight. I want to feel better.
