Over the last year several years I have put on an enormous amount of weight. I am tired of not being able to get around very well. I am loosing some of my mobility, and I am ready to make some changes.
I joined a gym that has an indoor pool. I do water aerobics 3 days a week, and water treading 2 days a week. I have also joined Weight Watchers online. I am excited and ready for the hard work that is involved to reach my goals.
My first goal is 5% reduction in weight. I will let you know when I am there!!!
