I had the most wonderful experience yesterday morning. Chris and I watched the sun come up in the rain on our back patio. The breeze was so refreshing! You see Chris and I get up at 6 every morning so that he will be ready for school when the bus comes. Usually it is rush rush, but he actually got up early and it was much more peaceful. Then it worked out that each of the other kids all got up one at a time. So I really got some incredible one on one snuggle time with the girls before really getting the day going.
I am working on getting in the habit of reading my Bible more. I seem to do better at night, because frankly it takes a bit of coffee to get me going in the morning. I am also working on going to the gym daily. I feel so much better when I get to go.
I will be speaking at a retreat the end of the month, I ask that you pray that God will really give me the words and that we will have a safe trip there and back. I have started working on my talk.
