laundry room remodel

Good morning

Yesterday I cleaned out the garage and remodeled the laundry room. It feels so good to get stuff done! My van actually fits in the garage now!! We haven't had the van in the garage since the middle of the summer when we started remodeling.

I am going to tape the laundry room this weekend then I will be ready to get it painted! I am so excited!!! I am thinking that I can paint it in just a couple of hours. I have the paint bought. I was going to knock part of the closet out but decided instead to just take the door off. Wow it made a big difference. I also cleaned out the closet and revamped it. I took out all of the low shelving and put up some hooks for brooms and mops and things. I put a small shelf on the floor to hold the excess pop and things. I created a place for everything that needs to be in the closet.
I also took and changed out the pantry door, it now has a door that is in better shape on it, it actually latches! I also braced the shelf above the washer and dryer. I will post pictures once I get the room painted. I am so proud of the work I have put into my house! it is so easy to keep it clean now too.

Today is regular house work and school.
