I am ahead of the game!!!

I have just finished putting 3 of my 10 sets of meals in the freezer for exchange. I would have had the 4th done if I had bought all the ingredients. Oops!!! OH well. I also put 30 lbs of hamburger into my freezer for our personal use, they are all divided up into usable portions. I have another week and a half before we exchange, my goal is to get it done so that I can move on to other projects.

I am going to get all the laundry gathered and started washing I have ran errands yesterday and had appointments today, so I am a bit behind. Oh well, that is life and I will get caught up.

Gotta go the lasagna is done and that means I have a very hungary crew.
