Thanks to everyone who has been praying. The situation has a long way to go but God is in control. For those of you wondering this situation is with a family member not my own children. We appreciate all the prayers for this situation.


I had the most wonderful experience this morning! Normally I am not a morning person, but with getting Chris off to school I was up. I watch 3 of my children come to life today. Each has their own unique way of waking up. Chris grumbles and turns away, Sarah plays peek a boo with her covers, and Bek stretches and stretches. It just struck me as to how sweet these dear children are. They had smiles once they were awake! I thought I would share this little blessing with everyone.

Last weekend my parents were here, we had a birthday party for Chris. He had a wonderful time. We are adjusting well with our new dog Max. He is a really great fit for our family!


I did get up and go to the gym this morning! [ and my back is doing much better this morning] Yay go me. It is a great way to start the week!
